I had a comfortable three-night stay in a Deluxe King Room with Ocean View and Balcony, where I loved the stunning ocean view and the serene atmosphere. The outdoor swimming pool and spa were fantastic spots to unwind after a day of fun. Just a heads up, the room was a bit far from the main amenities, but it was still a great experience overall! 🌊

The pool area was a total vibe, and the friendly staff really made our stay enjoyable. Plus, the food at the poolside bar hit the spot after a long day of exploring! Don't sleep on nearby El Bohio Pool and Sports Bar for some great local eats.

While the atmosphere was nice, I was bummed about the pricey breakfast situation—it was just a continental spread when I expected a full buffet. The elevators were also unreliable, which can be a hassle.

The entire hotel is open air, allowing noise from outside to invade your room!!! Rooms are outdated and require renovation!!! The property is isolated, leaving you stranded without a car!!!

The common areas were beautifully decorated, inviting me to relax and enjoy the tropical ambiance. The elevators were always functional, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate the property with ease.

More shaded seating areas by the pool would help.

The breakfast options feel limited and overpriced, especially since a full breakfast incurs even more costs. Additionally, the location isn't convenient for accessing local attractions, necessitating a car for any real fun.

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially the easy access to the nearby Complex Recreativo y Cultural La Guancha, just about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, and the serene walking paths along the Paseo Tablado La Guancha.

The pool and the location are great, but the

service could use improvement, especially at the restaurant. We had to wait longer than expected for our meals. However, the New Year's party was fantastic, and the sports bar had some delicious American food options.
